Dear Delegates,

After the successful FESSH Academy 2021 we are happy to announce the next FESSH Academy as early as 23-26 February 2022.

If the pandemia situation allows it will be held in Budapest, Hungary as usual, in the Hotel Helia.

The 4-day course will cover all areas of hand surgery including theory, practical workshops and case discussions delivered by well-known, experienced European hand surgeons alike last years.

As in the last years all FESSH member national hand societies are invited to nominate 4 or 5 participants (depending on the size of the society) whose registration fee will be subsidized by FESSH.

The costs for the 4-day course (including the course, the catering during the day and some social events but excluding travel costs and accommodation) are expected to be the same as this year, €250/person.

The criteria how to find the best nominees are the competence of each member society.

Please be so kind as to send around a call for application for the members of your national hand society and after choosing the best 4-5 applicants by the Board of your society, please send a list of names and availabilities to andrea.gotz(at)fessh.com by 15th December 2021. If you agree one or two substitution person also might be collected for cases of cancellation.

Participation pre-conditions:
–          a valid immunity certificate recognised by Hungary
–          or a valid EU digital Covid certificate
(the immunity certificate cannot be replaced by a negative PCR test)
Should you have further questions, please feel free to contact me.
With kind regards,
Andrea GÖTZ
FESSH Office manager
